About the adventure
Orcs and their monstrous allies are rampaging across the countryside! They're looting everything, and leaving people with the scraps. The people are calling out for their hero, the Great Dragon that protects the valley. A dragon responds...but it's the wrong one. This one is smaller, less majestic, and less powerful. This dragon is you. You might not be the Great Dragon, but you're still a dragon. Do dragon things: 🪽Fly 🔥Breathe fire (or something else similarly awful) ✨Wield mystical powers 🐉Claw and bite 🏰Claim a lair 🪙Amass treasure 💤Nap for weeks at a time 💖Inspire the villagers to fight, or demand tribute from them Your first week of regular play is free. What is play-by-post? Players and gamemasters make posts in a forum, chatroom or always-on virtual tabletop to describe their in-game actions. Participants don't have to be online at the same time, which makes this game format great for people with busy schedules.

About me
Hello! I'm Zeke. I like running games. I like designing them, too. I bring unusual settings to life with deep lore and bespoke homebrew character options. In my games, you might test your survival skills in a corrupted hellscape, or travel through time to the Stone Age to battle an immortal dark lord before his rise to power, or protect a solarpunk utopia from strange mutant beasts with your favorite raygun. If you've always wanted to play in a game with a unique premise, and you're looking for a GM to make that game a reality, feel free to reach out to me.

Creating your character
We'll create your character using the Dragon ancestry from BattleZoo, at level 5. I can walk you through character creation step by step, or leave you to build your dragon on your own if you prefer.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
You'll need a login at forge-vtt.com to access the game. You don't need a paid plan. A Discord login is not required to play, but it can be very helpful if you need to reach me on short notice.
What Zeke brings to the table
Play at your convenience You can log in to the game at any time and play on your own schedule. I'll reply within 12 hours to keep the game moving along. A magical sandbox Villagers calling a dragon is just the start of the story. Where you go from there isn't scripted. How you deal with the marauding orcs (or whether you do at all) is up to you. You could even decide to play an entirely different kind of creature--it's your game.
Homebrew rules
Keeley's Hero Point Rule Hero point rerolls should always get you a good result, or at least not a worse result. Ancestry Paragon You'll get more ancestry feats to make sure you're the best dragon you can be. You control friendly NPCs in battle Sometimes, a helpful villager or questing hero might join you. If they like you enough to heed your commands, you'll control them directly in battle!

How Zeke creates a safe table
Before the game starts, we'll have a conversation about game themes that will influence what you might or might not see during play. One of the big advantages of a one-player game is that we can stop play at any time and have a conversation about game content. I absolutely encourage you to take advantage of that if something comes up during the game that makes you (the player) uncomfortable. We can also take breaks or make changes to the game if things get emotionally charged.
