✅ 100% BEGINNER-FRIENDLY We're running the official Stranger Things: Welcome to the Hellfire Club campaign. 🕵️♂️ The Mission: It begins as a simple game of hide-and-seek to find a mysterious gnome named Flizzlebin. 🌑 The Twist: The quest quickly pulls you into the Vale of Shadows, a dark, twisted reflection of the world. ⚔️ Get ready to... •Explore hidden dungeons. •Face off against the terrifying Demogorgon. •Confront the cult of a certain lich... 🎲 Zero Experience Required You do not need to know a single D&D rule to join. Seriously. If you can roll a die and tell me what you want to do, you are ready to play. Be heroes! Roll dice! Have a blast! If you've watched Stranger Things and thought, "I want that," this is your official invitation. 🤘 This is D&D, Eddie's Version: Fast, fun, and 100% metal.

Meet the Game Master
About me
Forget random dungeons. My tables are for players who want their choices to have weight, to feel the ripple effects of their actions in a world that feels truly alive. My background in Social Sciences and Public Administration means I build worlds with depth. ⚖️ Real Consequences: Expect intricate political webs and NPCs driven by realistic motivations. Your decisions will have tangible, cascading consequences that permanently alter the world. 🏛️ Systemic Depth: You won't just clear a dungeon; you might destabilize an entire economy or spark a diplomatic crisis. We'll explore how power operates and how history is shaped by the choices of a few. 🌎 An International Storyteller As a Brazilian Game Master, I bring a unique cultural perspective to my storytelling, and a professional approach I've shared with players at events like GenCon's Portuguese track. The narratives we build are infused with a different rhythm and a global flavor. I am fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, and I foster a diverse, international community at my tables. If you are a player who craves exploration with real stakes and wants to see your character's legacy written into the fabric of a believable world, then your seat is waiting.

Creating your character
Bring your own character or choose one of the five official, pre-generated Level 1 characters from the Stranger Things party. Lady Applejack (Erica Sinclair's Chaotic Good Elf Rogue) Nog the Dwarf (Dustin Henderson's sturdy Cleric) Sundar the Bold (Lucas Sinclair's gallant Fighter) Tayr the Paladin (Mike Wheeler's party-leading Paladin) Will the Wise (Will Byers's mainstay Wizard) All stats and equipment are ready. We'll handle selection before our first session. You just need to show up ready to roll.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
To keep everything organized, all players will need a Discord account and join my server. It’ll be our main hub for chatting, sharing files, and running Sessions. discord.com/register We’ll also be using Roll20 to play the game, so don't forget to also create an account there. https://app.roll20.net/create-account
What Gabriel Olive brings to the table
✅100% beginner-friendly and safe environment. You don't need to know any rules. I will guide you through everything, step-by-step. My only priority is that everyone at the table feels comfortable, included, and is having a great time. ✅Bringing Your Hero to Life: While we're using the official Stranger Things characters, your choices matter. How you portray Lady Applejack's sarcasm or Sundar the Bold's bravery will directly impact the story and how the world reacts to you. ✅Premium VTT Experience: I bring a full suite of professional tools to the table, including stunning, detailed maps, animated spell effects, unique voices for NPCs, and a curated atmospheric soundtrack to ensure total immersion. ✅As a multi-lingual GM, I bring a diverse range of voices and cultural nuances to the world, making every ally and villain feel distinct and memorable.
Homebrew rules
Story-Driven Rulings: My priority is always what makes the best story. I'll make rulings on the fly that keep the game fun and cinematic, especially for new players. If you have an awesome, creative, or just plain metal idea for your character, we'll find a way to make it work.

How Gabriel Olive creates a safe table
During the first session, I’ll share a consent checklist where everyone can mark their lines and veils, topics you’d prefer to avoid or handle with care. I’ll then create a master list to help guide the tone and content of our game. While we’re playing, we’ll use "X” or "N". If at any point a scene feels uncomfortable or is heading in a direction that’s not okay for you, just type "X" or "N" no questions asked. We’ll pause, adjust, or rewrite the scene to make sure everyone feels safe and respected. The goal is for everyone to have fun without crossing personal boundaries. After each session, I like to use the Stars and Wishes method to keep the campaign aligned with what you enjoy. I’ll ask everyone what they liked most, that’s your Star, and what you’d like to see more of next time, those are your Wishes. It’s a simple way to make sure we’re all having fun and moving the story in a direction that excites you!
