The Stormlight Archive is the story of Roshar, a world of sprens and storms and war. It is a story of growth, of passion, of honor. And today, it is a story that you will tell. You are not yet heroes. You currently live in a warcamp at the edge of the Shattered Plains, a vast expanse of chasms and plateaus. Today, you’re traveling with soldiers and scholars loyal to an Alethi noble named highprince Sadeas. That is where our story begins. A few days ago, a highstorm uncovered ruins dating back to the Silver Kingdoms. Now, you’re part of an expedition sent across the barren stone to investigate what’s left of those ruins. My #1 goal as a GM is to enable players to craft the story they desire and create the glue to allow all their expectations to mesh. I want sessions to be memorable, exciting and powerful but, above else, I want them to be YOURS. I am open to GMing basically anything outside of D&D. I really enjoy trying out and crafting stories with new systems: currently my favorites Fate, Pathfinder 2e, Draw Steel, FFG's Star Wars and the Cosmere RPG, but this list often changes! Creating your character
We will use the selection of premade characters available to the beginner game. There is quite some variety of characters so one is sure to fit your desires!
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Players should have a microphone and ideally headphones (or at least some mechanism to avoid background noise intruding in the session). Players must have a Discord account which will be the main means of communication for the module and access to a browser that can run FoundryVTT. Other than that, players must be ready to enjoy a great game that may be the beginning of something that lasts!
What Kenan brings to the table
I will have FoundryVTT ready with all the necessary aspects for the session (maps, tokens, music, characters). We will have a mix of action scenes and more narrative ones so be ready for that!

How Kenan creates a safe table
As this is a One-shot, any player may take a break or even leave at any time if they're feeling uncomfortable. Additionally we will use the X, N & O's system, so if at any point you feel things are getting to a place you don't like, just message a simple X or N over Discord and I will immediately change course.
