About me

I have been playing Tabletop games since I was 13 which was over 20 years ago. I work at a factory and this is a hobby and a side gig to help with the cost of DND.

Character creation

Creating your character

I will provide access to several compendiums for character creation. Stats are point buy or standard array. Players will be level 3 or higher depending on current level of party. DND beyond will be needed for character creation. 2024 class options will be used. Sub-classes can be 2014 if they have been updated to work on D&D Beyond. No Homebrew. Players start with normal starting equipment and gold. Start with an extra 500 gold to spend when the campaign starts. Players start with 1 common magic item (not a weapon or armor) and 1 Potion of Healing. Spells from Book of Ebon tides are banned (3rd party) 3rd party feat, Iron Hero is banned (Valdas Spire)

What to expect

Preparing for the session

Players will need a mic with good quality. Please mute/toggle push to speak if there is background audio. You will need to create characters but I will provide a campaign link to dnd beyond so you have additional options for character creation from races, subclasses, spells and more.

What Dragonborn brings to the table

I will be using VTT it will feature official maps/tokens and other content from the official Module. I also allow other additional options. I try to do character voices but I am not the best but I try to provide Ambient music and even combat music. I like combat to be thrilling but also tactical combat. RP is really important it helps drive the narrative as to why we even go through the story. Sometimes combat may not happen or vice versa for RP. It depends on the current situation but I try to mix and mash best on the players preferences. I try to stick to the rules of the game but the rule of cool will always stay afront.

Safety

How Dragonborn creates a safe table

I will ask players individually on what they do and don't want to see. Perhaps You don't like language? Sexual themes? Horrible situations? Let me know so you are not uncomfortable. This is an ongoing campaign with some homebrew elements to the story such as extra quest or npcs to engage with with Rp, battle or both.
