About the adventure
With Odin under the affects of the Odinsleep the darker forces of Asgard begin to stir getting ready to take advantage of Odins Vulnerability and make their bid for control of all the Realms. The Players find themselves wrapped up in their Machinations as they begin to affect Earth. This sends them on an adventure spanning all 10 Realms as they try to unravel this plot. Will the heroes be able to step up and save the day or will the realms fall under the control of a darker power? This Campaign is based off the Thunderbolts QuickStart adventure but with its plot threads expanded to cover the course of the campaign. Characters in this adventure will be creating their own team of superheroes! These characters will be Rank 4 with the ability to rank up to rank 6 over the course of the Adventure. Though this game features familiar MARVEL characters, they will inhabit a variant universe of our imaginative design, diverging from “standard” canon or lore. Welcome to this new game! Before it begins, I will conduct a free session 0 to ensure that the game is appropriate for everyone. As part of this, We will define the tone and feel of the characters, the world and its inhabitants. Overall, I like running games in a relaxed and creative environment where you can freely experiment and weave your superhero stories!

About me
Hey there, traveller! I'm Cian, aka Abasilisk. I'm dedicated as a GM to providing a safe and welcoming space for people to enjoy this wonderful hobby. I focus on bringing a cinematic experience to my games, be it within the narrative or through climatic and thrilling combats. I'm always looking to expand my TTRPG horizons by learning new systems and adapting my style of play to best suit the players. I've always found collaborative storytelling a joy, and everyone should have the chance to play at a good table. Whether you're taking your first step into TTRPGs or a long-time player looking for a consistent table, I'd love to assist. There are always more stories to tell and adventures to be had. If any of my listings interest you, or if you'd like to request an alternate time or are looking for something a little more custom, don't hesitate to shoot me a message.

Creating your character
Character creation will begin in a free session zero. Players are free to use premade sheets of existing Marvel characters of an appropriate rank, edit a premade sheet to create a "variant" of that character or create their own using Demiplane's digital character builder. We can discuss the use of other types of sheets for those who would rather not use Demiplane.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
To Prepare you will need the following: - A free discord account and microphone to use Voice chat - A free roll20 account to use the VTT - A free demiplane account for character sheets/content sharing - A computer that can comfortably run these necessary programs A basic understanding of the system/marvel is appreciated but not essential
What Cian/Abasilisk brings to the table
First and foremost my enthusiasm for the game! I like to put effort into the presentation of the session preparing ambient music to set the mood for scenes or to match the current environment. When it comes to rulings my preference is towards rule of cool and to let Players try new things though I'm careful not to let this break the balance of encounters or to undermine the builds of other players. Speaking of encounters, while most fights will make use of a battle map as I prefer tactical combat certain situations suit theatre of the mind better. This is due to factors like the scale of the location, The effectiveness of range or speed to the encounter or even just the pace of the session. As for the in-game content, you'll have access to: - Full library of official content for the Marvel Multiverse RPG on Demiplane - VTT with custom landing page and detailed maps for use in the session
Homebrew rules
I have no set in stone table rules for the Marvel Multiverse system but I am happy to discuss them in session zero if a player has something in mind.
