About the adventure
Beyond the Drift, past uncharted lanes and forgotten systems, a strange light glimmers in the Vast. At first glance, it’s a star, but the longer you watch, the stranger it becomes. This is the Locus, a metastar unlike anything known to science. It radiates not plasma, but chaotic magic, casting long pale tendrils into the void, birthing strange phenomena. In its orbit, hangs Locus-1: once a massive carrier, now converted into a frontier research station. From this hub of scholars, traders, and explorers, the Starfinder Society, the Haas Foundation, and allied groups probe the mysteries of the metastar. Locus-1 was meant to be a sanctuary of science, mysticism, and discovery at the edge of explored space. But the vesk pirate Sidakana has turned the Locus system into her hunting ground, and the station’s people live under constant threat. The Science Council called for help and the Azlanti Star Empire answered. But their “aid” brings new dangers, and the cure may be worse than the disease.

About me
Ever roll a Nat 1 and immediately regret your life choices? I’m here to make those moments unforgettable. Hi, I’m Lucas, a professional Game Master since 2021 (GMing since 2011), with thousands hours of experience running adventures across multiple systems. 🎲What’s it like at my table?🎲 "Make me attack roll." "I rolled a 2." (sad player) "That’s a miss." And that’s just the start! 💡Common things you will hear in my sessions:💡 "Wow, you’re all rolling really badly tonight." "You can try it, sure, let's see how it goes." "How did this even happen?" Of course, it’s not all jokes, my role as a GM is making sure everyone is having a good time at the table. Most of my games are all about sitting around, having a good time, invest into the campaign and roll dice. Whether you want a lot of roleplaying, epic combats, or fun banter, I create each session to your group’s style. Some parties come for drama, others for chaos, and some just want to roast my NPC names.

Creating your character
• In my games, I like to follow the Rules as Written with a few small adjustments and "quality of life" additions. • Players can create their characters using any ancestry and class, regardless of rarity. Backgrounds are common only, with exceptions based on player request. • I allow most uncommon items/features, feel free to ask. Rare is a little more restrictive but might still be allowed. • Variant Rules: Free Archetype.
We finished The Liberation of Locus-1 and now we moved to Signal of Screams. Signal of Screams is a horror campaign, with a lot of horror themes such as blood, body gore, and suicide. The players have to get into the horror-plot for the campaign to work well.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
• Decent microphone • Decent internet • Consistent schedule. • Discord to use voice chat (account is required).
What Lucas brings to the table
I will try to automate the VTT as much as possible for each individual player. I will try to find the highest resolution maps to use and have hundreds of music in different playlists to use. I like to mix Rule of Cool and Rule as Written as much as possible, to make it fun for everyone.
Homebrew rules
I have a document that includes a few suggested changes, such as picking Archetype Skill Feats as Archetype Feats, Recall Knowledge suggestions etc.

Safety
How Lucas creates a safe table
We will have a Session 0 before the game starts to discuss characters and expectations. The break happens in the middle of the session, for 15 minutes. After most sessions, I will ask what the players want from the rest of the campaign, and what they want less of.
