About the adventure
This is a game set in the coastal regions of an area that has been largely abandoned by civilization. You will play as a Goblin born into a harsh environment and a harsher tribe that will go on a series of daring coastal adventures and level up if all goes according to plan. The intent is for this to be light-hearted fun with a dark tone and new and experienced players are all welcome. We. Be. Goblins!

About me
Head firmly in the clouds! I am a long time fan of science fiction and fantasy genres, absorbing and creating as much as I can while I 'escape' from the humdrum of modernity as a graphic design professional and military veteran. I have 10 years of experience as a game master for both traditional tabletop and role-playing games, Dungeons and Dragons won me over HARD when I was first introduced as a player in 2015 and just 6 months later I was hosting my first game. Since that time I have run (and played in) several campaigns and dozens of one shots in several systems with tweaks and add-ons galore! My first love was and is Catan, I play a yearly game of Explorers and Pirates on my birthday. I used to run monthly sessions of Twilight Imperium longer than I should have, one highlight being back-to-back games over a course of 24 hours for International Tabletop Day a few years back. I try and squeeze in even more games like Dead of Winter, Firefly: The Board Game, and Star Wars: Imperial Assault in when ever we can. Happy to share a shelfie or BGG link!

What Rick D brings to the table
I like to offer over-the-top descriptions that ensure all senses are respected and the players know what lies before them in the fleshed out world. Anything can happen as the players navigate a world of mystery and danger, you can expect total freedom, or at least, you can try!
Homebrew rules
A critical roll combat table hinging on a d100 roll after all crits, they are fair and fun! Enjoy full recovery with no rolling when consuming a Potion with a full action, or use a Bonus Action and roll!
