Explore a completely homebrew world and pursue any adventure you want, with a completely bespoke adventure! Each player will have their very own custom channels to keep track of their own private asynchronous game. No need to worry about scheduling, or other players, just post and respond when you are available in your own text-based "play by post" duet adventure! I will work closely with you to craft the exact story that you'd like to see and create your ideal character that you'd like to play. I am 100% flexible on power level, adult content, ratio to combat/exploration/roleplay, tone, genre, & pacing. Whether you're an absolute beginner or a grizzled veteran, you'll find I'm comfortable explaining every aspect of the game as I am providing unique and strategic challenges to overcome. 📅 Posting Schedule & Commitment 📅 5 Days On, 2 Days Off – The cycle begins when payment is received. Expect a minimum of 1 in-depth post per day with several shorter responses throughout. About me
Hello, I'm Leaf! I'm a neurodivergent voice actor, GM, fantasy writer, and I make DnD/RPG content on Youtube/Twitch under the handle aStoryofaLeaf. I have a background in theatre during High school and film production during college, so I approach my games in a very thematic way. I have been a GM & player for several years, and long before I had anyone to play DnD or TTRPGs with, I was an avid worldbuilder, storyteller, and writer for 17+ years. I've always loved collaborative storytelling and I believe that TTRPGs are the best medium for that, so as soon as I started playing DnD 5e with friends, I was hooked! I strive to run games that are compelling, inclusive, dramatic, comedic, & above all fun! Player agency and providing a safe space for my players to tell the story they want for their characters are very important to me. I want my players to experience gut busting laughter, heartbreaking drama, unsuspected shock, terrifying suspense, and any other cathartic emotional release that they seek. My games are PC-centric, unique, and tailormade to bring the PCs into the larger narrative. Leaf is an outstanding Dm, his voices are fun and distinct. Each of his characters are thought out and interesting, his world building is indepth in a way the allow players to create interesting and deep character that feel like they truly belong in the world he created. Hes fast to respond and gives information out at a constant and easy to absorbe rate, overall hes a pleasure to play with.

One of the greatest if not the best DM that I have played with in my years of playing 5e. Leif is extremely easily to get along with and creates an amazing world for the players to become completely invested and immersed in. I've had the pleasure of being in a few of Leaf's games by now, and they've always been excellently paced, full of just the right balance of RP, combat, and exploration for my tastes, and very entertaining. He does voices, immersive descriptions, and has a very developed world that feels like it has stakes, consequences, and room to grow my PC in any direction their whims take them. I've been having a blast in their games so far and hope to continue in this campaign for a while.

Beautiful games. Leaf is a master, elegant and precise. First of all, they make the game feel incredibly safe. They set out to make a cozy stardew valley game and immediately made a game that feels like a warm cup of cocoa, complete with the whipped cream and marshmallow. Leaf leaves plenty of space for people to be their characters and works with the party to allow creative solutions to problems. High knowledge of the game in a way that allows the game's rules to bend without breaking. An absolutely wonderful gm. I couldn't recommend them higher.
