About the adventure
The Far Portal Research station an institute that studies the Sun and monitors the magical portal to the Plane of Fire that looms near it. In past few weeks strange physic waves have been emanating from the Sun's "surface"? Current scientists can't explain what's going on besides theories, handing out jobs for gathering information to passersby from the nearby Bubble Cities of the Burning Archipelago that hovers just within the Star's upper atmosphere. Jump into the exciting universe of science fiction & fantasy adventure that is Starfinder 1E. You will play as group of unique individuals working towards a common goal, fight together, explore, and survive. This is a long campaign where players joining will start off at level 1 as you will form a party to resolve an upcoming crisis.

About me
I've been learning about various tabletop games for the past 10 years. The game I am most familiar with currently is the Starfinder system and its rule set. Though I do enjoy some Pathfinder, P2E, the worlds of DnD 5e and as of recently loving the birth of SF2E. I'm glad to have found a passion for playing these types of games, the excitement, the roleplay, and the adventure as a player. Now I want to spread my love for the Starfinder system and give players the most thrilling time! I've run multiple scenarios for other groups, from One-shots to main campaigns and wishing to do it again. Currently I run a free-to-play One-shots each month for players interested in Starfinder on the website. Though I do DM for hire games as along as it fits my schedule and terms, I 'd be happy to bring joy to your table.

Creating your character
With character creation I will work with players to sculpt and make sure everything with their sheet is set before the next session. All species (races), classes, and most themes (backgrounds) are allowed for the adventure. Ability scores will be done using the classic Starfinder 1E point buy system. Though 2000 credits will be given at start to build equipment for your Level 1 characters and players limited to purchasing up to Level 3 Equipment. https://www.aonsrd.com/ https://hephaistos.azurewebsites.net/ Archives of Nethys and Hephaistos are two great sources to learn the rules and jump start the character making process.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
-Have or create a Discord account -Have a Forge Account (which is free). -Try to familiarize yourself with the rules with the Starfinder 1E Core Rulebook or Starfinder Enhanced is best, but not necessary. Everything else needed will be provided through Foundry system.

How Taz creates a safe table
Players can expect a fun mix of combat and roleplay. I try to take into account the wishes of the players to further increase the quality of the game. After each game I follow up to make sure expectations are being met and that everyone has enjoyed themselves. I outline my rules as a GM to make sure everyone is in a safe environment and understand how sessions will look before we get to your first game.
