About the adventure
In the Virellian Reach Galaxy, every planet hosts unknown dangers. Waking suddenly from a coma aboard a strange ship as the crew is being attacked by zombified pirates, the party will have to navigate this unexplored pocket of the universe in search of clues for a cure, or seize the Lich's power for themselves. Your fate is in your hands. This campaign is geared towards roleplay, solving mysteries, and making friends. Explore the stars and planets in the Virellian Reach, a galaxy on the edge of the Far Realm, in search of answers to the mystery of your connection to the Eldritch Lich, who has cursed you and your crew with a dark power from the Far Realm. Make friends and allies on your adventure through space who can help you save yourselves from your fate as an undead minion!

About me
I joined the hobby in 2019 just before the pandemic hit the U.S., so 95% of my experience is in virtual gaming! I started DM'ing a couple months into learning how to play, and I haven't looked back! I fell in love with DnD and I want nothing more than to play all the time! I love to make the PCs feel like legendary characters, whether heroic, villainous, or somewhere in between! I've spent the last 6 years building my world and filling it with NPCs, adventures, quests and plot hooks! Creating your character
We will do a session zero for discussing character options, ability score rolling, and safety tools. Stats will be determined by 4d6 drop the lowest Starting level will be level 3. You can refer to the spelljammer 5e book, but be aware that I'm taking some creative liberties with the mechanics of space travel to make it more simple. I use dndbeyond for characters, but I'm also happy to accept pdf character sheets.
Party makeup is Druid, paladin, Bard, and Fighter at level 10
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Have a discord profile, I'll provide a server link when you join. I use Talespire for my VTT and I can stream that. If you'd like to join the VTT and have control of your minifigure, a campaign link will be provided
What LoarMaster92 brings to the table
I embrace rule of cool, I do try to maintain RAW as a DM. I love to use ambient music, primarily through the VTT. As a DM, I love handing out as many magical items and treasures as possible, and homebrewing special requests is one of my favorite hobbies.
Homebrew rules
I give a +3 to skill checks that you roll a Nat 20 for. I'm open to other homebrew rules, so long as the whole group agrees to it
