About the adventure
Touchstones: Dungeon Meshi 🍖🔥 × Monster Hunter World 🔪🦎 x Food Wars 👩🍳👨🍳 x Naruto🥷✨️ (chunin exam arc) Every other year the best Chefs and Monster Hunters from the villages of the Beastlands compete to turn the most monsterous beast into the best feast! You are a level 1 adventuring chef or monster ingredient hunter with so much promise! Recently your party has come upon the tantalizing promise of a monster cooking contest in a far away village! After weeks of travel you finally arrive at the Village of Elmore finding yourselves just in time to sign up for the contest and it looks like friendly competition and rivalries will be served up hot and fresh this year!! And who could forget The Grand Prize! The victorious team will be selected and sponsored to travel to other realms and share the best of our Beastfeasting culture with our neighbours! The winning team will also get several chests of gold in coin and prizes! This campaign will be using the Beastfeast Frame from the core rules with a twist!

About me
I'm a genderfluid neurodivergent goofball who likes to make characters do things for the drama! I love when players want to immerse themselves in the setting! I have 4 years of Dnd experience and I have settled on an aim to create a grimdark scifi world for DnD! I am trying to get some 40k people into trying Dnd 5e with their 40k minis. It seems like a fun goal to me.

Creating your character
Character creation should be level 1 following the Beastfeast Frame provided in the core rules of Daggerheart! If you do not have access to that don't fret and we will get it covered at session 0. You are encouraged to reach out to other players to talk over ideas and themes for your team of monster hunting chefs as well.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Watching any of Critical Role's How to play Daggerheart videos is recommended and watching all of them would be grand! You should also make sure to have access to Demiplane for online character sheets ✨️ you may use physical character sheets if you have them 💕
