Character creation
Creating your character
Character creation will happen during Session Zero, including relationship building and specification to help give players a starting point for how they're characters interact with each other. If players wish to go with a premade character, that's fine too! I will bring some premade characters to choose from.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Players will need a microphone in order to interact with the GM and the rest of the players, Discord downloaded, and an account on Roll20. Players may roll with their own physical dice, or use the dice rolling in Roll20.

How Zachary creates a safe table
In Session Zero, we will go over the basics on how an Essence 20 game is played, as well as character creation. We will discuss the use of the X, N, and O cards on Roll20, and how Discord will be incorporated into the gameplay. For aftercare, I handle that individually as an "Open Door" policy of players being allowed to come to me and state their feelings separately so they don't feel pressured in the moment.
