About the adventure
D&D 2024 Rules. Explore Greyhawk and Oerick in this Semi-Homebrew Campaign. We will create the game together through rich backgrounds and stories. Meaning the adventures will be customized to your backrounds and charactive motifs. I welcome new players and veterans. My goal with this game is to create something with depth, and exploration. I will use a combination of our ideas and other resources to create adventures, enrich the world and have causation to actions of the heroes. Let's build together!

How to prepare
Obtain Discord and a microphone. Optional: Have some ideas about your character and their history. Obtain Knowlege about Greyhawk if you so choose - otherwise I can help you with this. We will finalize character builds on session 0 but we may still be fleshing out backgrounds - that is OKAY.
What I provide
D&D Beyond Maps Discord Character voices World building *AboveVTT *Improved Initiative *Map Creation - whether it be drawn or generated by me. I am learning an exploring available tools. At a very minimum. We will be using D&D beyond maps and I will make sure everything we use in the future is free and easy to use (or approved) by everyone in the party. *These items are on my shortlist of learning to use.
Gameplay details
Anything you might expect from D&D but we will discuss further in session 0 to make sure everyone is on the same page and I will do my upmost duty to minimize anyone experience some they do not wish to experience. Further details will be issued prior and during session 0.

How will character creation work
Starting level will be level 1. We want to create rich backgrounds that I as the DM can use to bring about adventures and stories. I will work with you, the player, to create a background based within Oerick and the City of Greyhawk. Whatever background you choose, note that you were drawn to Greyhawk, for one reason or another - for adventure! (Greyhawk will be our inital setting)
