About the adventure
Under pale moons and shadowed roads, a convoy crawls through cursed woods toward doomed Luyarnha, a city long past its prime. Madness whispers, unseen horrors stir, and survival hinges on fragile sanity. Join the Eldritch Hunt—where nightmares live and hope falters beneath profaned skies. The Cursed Convoy is a fifth edition adventure intended for three to five characters of 1st to 2nd level. The campaign will begin with the players boarding a speeding train carrying both a curse and chance of salvation to a cursed city teetering on the brink of chaos. As the train races toward its final destination, the players will become entangled in a web of dark secrets, eldritch mysteries, and perilous confrontations. The Cursed Convoy is intended as a beginning module for more adventures set in the 'Steinhardts' setting with the city of Luyarnha as the central focus. A knowledge of the lore of the setting is not required and any questions will be answered in the session zero. Will you rise to the challenge and turn the tide against the darkness, or will you fall victim to the city’s impending doom?

How to prepare
Players will require a mic for communication since the primary platform we will be using is Discord. Webcams are not required but can be used if the players feel the need to. No prior knowledge will be required, but will be heavily encouraged to speed up game time, but any and all questions will be answered no matter what. Discord Account Needed Roll20 Account Needed Dnd Beyond can be used to speed up character creation. But due to the amount of 3rd party content used during the campaing, it will necessary to only use roll20 so the game is not bogged down.
What I provide
All official material relating to Steinhardt's will be provided to the players to make character creation easier. I will always be available for questions or to help situations run smoother. Also currently I have many artists to recommend the players to if they want their character portraits more specialized. As a bonus some of these artists are willing to offer discounts for any player I refer to them.
Gameplay details
Players can expect a detailed session zero whwere game mechanics, setting info, and other important subjects will be discussed. Breasks will be 15 minutes every session at the halfway point. Players can expect a variety of both combat and roleplay encounters during this campaign. Players can also expect a variety of rule sets designed to make the players consider choices more carefully. The world state will change for better or worse with their actions.

How will character creation work
Character creation will happen during the session zero or beforehand if players reach out to me. During creation I will help in any way I can to ensure everyone has their ideal character to play with through the campaign.
