About the adventure

Sailing on solar winds, they came. Like seeds from the heavens, they fell. Where they landed, chaos followed. In many ways, modern Aerde was comparable to the world of Earth you know. People go about their lives, do their jobs, raise their families, and try their best to make it in a world that often sees them as little more than cogs in the great machineries called progress and commerce. The Starseeds changed that status quo. Raining down chaos, opening dimensional rifts, unleashing creatures previously only imagined- and some beyond even that. Worse, modern machinery and weaponry proved utterly incapable of harming these invaders. Fortunately, the Heavens' Rain also imbued a new form of power among one in two hundred thousand citizens of Aerde. Old magics became possible once more, and skills lost to the ages resurfaced. These citizens became known as the Divinely Blessed and they-- you-- are the only hope to fight of the incursions.

Game style

Dungeon Crawl

A “Dungeon Crawl” is a scenario where players navigate a dungeon or labyrinth-like environment for the entirety of the adventure. It emphasizes battling monsters, collecting loot, and avoiding traps to survive to the end!

Combat Heavy

“Combat Heavy” games emphasize the combat mechanics within their systems over roleplay or puzzle solving. There are frequent and longer battles with enemies and a greater emphasis on tactical game play.

Roleplay Heavy

“Roleplay Heavy” games place the focus on the story, the characters, and the world they live within, and tend to lean hard into the various roleplaying elements of the game. These games will frequently find the party talking with NPCs, exploring the personal elements of their backstories, or even having emotional moments around the camp fire.
