About the adventure
This session is for learning Pathfinder 2e, using the standard Beginner Box adventure: Menace Under Otari. This 3-4 hour adventure is a dungeon that works perfectly to introduce players both new to RPGs and those familiar with different RPG systems. We will use a Discord server and Roll 20, as well as Demiplane integration. I have ten premade characters to choose from, but making your own character on Demiplane Nexus is a choice as well.

Rules as Written (RaW)
Games that are ran “Rules as Written” emphasize realism and stick to the letter of the rules, allowing players to explore creative solutions while still operating under a consistent rule set. Players have the ability to utilize the rules in creative ways to create awesome characters and moments in the game.
Dungeon Crawl
A “Dungeon Crawl” is a scenario where players navigate a dungeon or labyrinth-like environment for the entirety of the adventure. It emphasizes battling monsters, collecting loot, and avoiding traps to survive to the end!

How to prepare
Discord will be used for voice communication, so if you’re sharing a space and using one mic, it’s important to mute yourselves when speaking to each other in the room to avoid disruptions. If you’re planning to use separate computers, it might work best to play from different rooms to minimize any audio overlap or interruptions. For your virtual tabletop, we will using the free site Roll 20. May sign up for ahead of time, but I will send a linked invite that will do so then. Reading up on the rules of Pathfinder 2e are possible in full here: https://2e.aonprd.com/?AspxAutoDetectCookieSupport=1 You may use real dice or the digital dice on Roll 20.
What I provide
I have lotsa dice. I will have tokens and maps if we meet in real life and lots of other little things. I am an artist so sometimes I draw little portraits for tokens, etc.
Gameplay details
I'm an educator. I am a storyteller. This game has combat in it and sometimes gross things happen. I don't do excessive gore, and not a huge horror person. Let me know what's out of bounds and I will adjust. I use the beginning and end of sessions for space for concerns. My players always seem to end up being good friends, and my sessionscan get pretty goofy sometimes.

How will character creation work
I have ten premade characters to choose from. Should you like to, you may use the Demiplane Nexus character creator, and we can import the sheet right into Roll20. We will start at Level 1.
