A “Dungeon Crawl” is a scenario where players navigate a dungeon or labyrinth-like environment for the entirety of the adventure. It emphasizes battling monsters, collecting loot, and avoiding traps to survive to the end!

How to prepare
I recommend having a reliable microphone and audio setup since we will meet via discord, but webcams are completely optional. You will need a basic account (no subscription required) for discord and roll 20.
What I provide
I have the Curse of Strahd module, extra battle maps, and 5e compendium sharing available on Roll 20. There is an extensive roll table of the anime-inspired skills/quirks that players will receive at level 3 and 6, and the rule of cool will be heavily featured for those. Since these are going to be combat related, level appropriate combat will be a highlight of this campaign so that you can have the chance to try out your new skills and strategies, and I will encourage the cooperative use of skills/quirks to create powerful effects.
Gameplay details
Player safety is my primary concern, and there will be anonymous ways to use cards to skip or stop the description of horror events in the campaign. Curse of Strahd is a very dark, horror campaign that involves vampires and werewolves. Horrible things happen to the people who live in Barovia as is written in the module. I will use veils and lines to avoid triggering phobias or making people uncomfortable. Although I will do my best to take the module seriously to promote an atmosphere of a mysterious, horror setting, I personally use humor to deflect from awful events, so I don't mind turning Curse of Strahd into a dark humor campaign.
