About the adventure
Official module from Journeyes through radiant citadel. Adventure for new and returning players. Characters of level 1. Family friendly chill and relax. Run in Dnd 5.5 (means 2024 edition of the game) Group will be escorting curious noble to a famous culinary market. With hopes to taste new yummies and experience exotic competitions whilst securing name for our mercenary party.
Game style
Rules as Written (RaW)
Games that are ran “Rules as Written” emphasize realism and stick to the letter of the rules, allowing players to explore creative solutions while still operating under a consistent rule set. Players have the ability to utilize the rules in creative ways to create awesome characters and moments in the game.
Rule of Cool (RoC)
“Rule of Cool” emphasizes creative story beats over sticking to a system’s rules as written. Players have the ability to push the limits of the rules or even break core rule mechanics at times if the Game Master thinks it is interesting, fun, or cool enough.
Introductory session, Great for new and returning players, or for anyone just wanting to have a bit of chill. There will be roleplay fun, some fighting and generaly not so serious game. fun characters welcome, No need for optimisation. I am not running super number crunch game here. One thing, NO Edgelords or murderhobos welcome in this oneshot. Character needs to be willing to cooperate with the rest of the party. I do provide all necessary books needed on DDBeyond. we will have premade characters if necesary. we will gladly help with creation and rules etc. For character creation use standard spread or point buy. use 2024 rules of dnd aka dnd 5.5 or one DND. Materials to choose from: 1.dnd 2024 core rules. 2.Tashas cauldron of everything. 3.Xanathars guide to everything. 4.Monsters of multiverse 5.Bigby presets Glory of the Giants 6.Dragonlance (though here I can provide only Sorcerrer subclass) 7.Guildmasters guide to Ravnica (we do own character options here not the book itself) 8.Mythic oddyssey of Theros 9.Acquisitions incorporated. 10 all other official content made by Wotc and/or partnered content available on DnD beyond that you do own and can use. I generally do ban only one spell : Silvery Barbs !!!!

How to prepare
Players will need microphone, camera is welcommed but not required. Players will need to have account on DnD Beyond (free version is enough) I will provide access to the rulebooks on the website. Players will need to have Discord app and account. Player does not need to be overly familiarised with the rules to the detail but it is welcomed. Level of rules understanding will be discussed before game. Players can crete characters by themselves but they will be subject to aproval. Players will introduce themselves and their characters to others before the game starts.

How will character creation work
Create character of lvl1 on DnD Beyond. Using point buy or standard spread system. 2024 Rules character creation and feats. All official species and classes/subclasses are available. I have access to most species/classes and subclasses. Silvery Barb spell is Banned. No homebrew at this time.
