About the adventure
Welcome to your Epic! In this throwback to everything Greek mythology, everyone plays a 5e version of a greek hero. It's the same game, with a little more uniformity in flavor, and heightened backgrounds. - Take one of eight mysterious backgrounds, and find yourself befitted with boons and heroic tasks to complete. - Play as extra species and extra subclasses that I can share from the published module, or you can play something from regular rules. - Gain Fame points to prepare the citizens from the final onslaught of the Titans (and to flex at the taverna). Enjoy the price point and the relaxing, consistent vibe of a PbP. No edge-lords or jokesters, just pure heroics of completing Herculean tasks! The module itself is worth it because it's that new new. Also, did I mention how good a DM I was? All my current players are mid-campaign w their PbP, but take a chance and be the first to sign up, and we'll fill quickly! It's only 5 players, not a giant server of people. We chat on Discord, roll on Discord, and are shown battlemap images in... Discord. There's no set time, it kind of happens organically, if you promise to post once every day or be cool with us moving onwards. I'm a pretty active DM, though you don't have to be as active as I am. What I provide
I use Foundry for maps, and some external visuals. In PbP you play when you want throughout the week, either synchronous or asynchronous with the rest of the group, which usually maxes out at 5 for me. You're expected to check in once a day, or be cool with us going forward. I run w a mix of ppl who are in for rp and combat.
Gameplay details
Lines and Veils are in Discord. Basically, be good listeners and don't do anti-social things. In PbP, we have debrief after each 'chapter'.

How will character creation work
Characters start at level two just so we can get used to species/specials interacting w 2024 origin feats. We'll have a little prologue to be sure everyone knows Avrae, and that we get along, before jumping into our main quest. Don't create an adversarial or mocking character- it's a team effort for positivity.
