Teacher
We had an amazing time with this Game Master! He did an amazing job teaching us how to play DnD for the first time. He guided us on how to create characters, what the stats and skill checks are in DnD, and how to use Roll20 all whilst giving an excellent story and world to take part in. An amazing teacher who made the game very enjoyable and informative even as first time players! Was friendly, patient and very cool. I would definitely recommend him to anyone starting out and other players wanting a great experience in DnD.
Josh took me through a fun one-shot for my very first D&D experience...he was super enthusiastic and encouraging, and explained how being a bit reserved and shy might not be the roadblock I thought it would be! I'm excited to play more now!! I really enjoyed the world he created with his descriptions, too...I would definitely recommend him to others looking to learn! :)
Hefty_Nats was able to aggregate and condense a wealth of information on DMing as a new player, that made it very easy for me to walk away with confidence. I had a list of questions on what/when/how/why/where for all aspects and he was able to answer them on the fly! Really felt like I learned more in 2 hours with him than I have from the past few years of on and off playing as a newbie. I plan on scheduling with him again after my first session as a DM to continue improving.
