About the adventure
Rumors swirl in the saloons and along the dusty trails of a hidden valley deep within the Badlands — Thunderhoof Canyon. Local legends speak of a mysterious, long-forgotten herd of Thunderhooves — massive, legendary sauropods known for their electrical charge. Some say the canyon is cursed, others claim it's the site of an ancient, buried treasure. What’s true? No one knows for sure… until now. Maeve Thorne, a wealthy, eccentric prospector hires you to locate the Lost Canyon of Thunderhoof. She believes a long-lost treasure is buried there, but she’s not the only one interested. A ruthless gang of outlaw marauders, The Ironfangs, is also searching for the canyon. And they’re willing to do anything — including hunting down adventurers — to get their hands on whatever lies hidden within. Are you ready to saddle up your mount and ride out?

Theater of the Mind
“Theater of the Mind” uses little to no visuals for scene settings and combat. Instead, the narrative imagery comes from the Game Master’s descriptions and character action and movement comes from Players’ descriptions.
Roleplay Heavy
“Roleplay Heavy” games place the focus on the story, the characters, and the world they live within, and tend to lean hard into the various roleplaying elements of the game. These games will frequently find the party talking with NPCs, exploring the personal elements of their backstories, or even having emotional moments around the camp fire.

How will character creation work
🤝 Collaboration: We'll collaboratively create characters prior to starting the game but after signing up for the campaign. 💻 Platform: Characters will be created and managed on Harpy. 📚 Source Material: We will follow the rules set out in Ironsworn: Badlands core rule book. This is a hack based on the Ironsworn games. 🛠️ Character Creation Assistance: I'll help you create the character you want to play, considering the campaign’s theme. ✨ Personal Touch: Bring your own unique ideas and creativity to your character's story and abilities.
