How to prepare
- I'll run our games using Forge VTT, so you will need to create a free account there! You'll be able to do so following the invitation link you will receive when joining the game here on Start Playing. - You'll need a decent microphone and internet connection. - The use of the webcam is not mandatory but is strongly encouraged!
What I provide
- I will host our games on Foundry, a Virtual Tabletop that you will be able to access just using your usual browser and registering on the Forge VTT website. - I have a Discord server, Cortestoria, that we will use to communicate between sessions, and also host the video chat for the sessions proper! - Outgunned is an over the edge action game, and I embrace it fully: the Rule of Cool is the north star of the game, and the rules are tools, not restrictions!
Gameplay details
Outgunned draws inspiration from action movies, featuring gunfights, car chases, explosions, and high-tension moments. Before Session 0 — - I'll share the Monte Cook Consent Checklist. Use it to privately inform me of any triggering themes. - The adventure will be adapted to ensure enjoyment for everyone. During Session 0 — - We'll finalize what kind of cinematic adventure we'll have and what characters you'll play. - Have a quick look at the rules of the game. After Each Session — - Feel free to share what you enjoyed and what you'd like to see in future sessions.

How will character creation work
Once you join the game I will give you access to the rules for character creation (and also four premade characters to use as inspirations or just pick straight up if you like them!). We are then going to finalize them together during Session 0.
