About the adventure
Start your own premium Dungeons & Dragons 5th Edition Adventure Path, in an epic Viking setting! Individual players welcome. No experience with Fantasy Grounds necessary. The signs of Ragnarok, the end of all things, can be read in the Northern Lights. Monsters of legend are walking the earth. It's up to you and your party to save the word! Create a hero of legend: an Beastborn Ranger, a Tallfolk Barbarian, a Human Paladin or maybe a Wicker Sorcerer. Board your longship and start your great voyage! A campaign from the lead designer of Baldur's Gate, Dragon Age: Origins, and Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic... Join with other epic heroes to under take an epic quest to save the world of Grimnir, sail the fjords of the Serpent Sea, and battle the servants of the ancient gods! The adventure will take a party of heroes from 1st to 15th level.

Scott is very professional and organized. I joined one of his one-shots and was pleasantly surprised to find that all the communication before hand led to immediate gameplay once the session started. He was very patient with me as a novice to the platform he was using. Scott keeps the game moving at a lightning pace but allows for player creativity. I will play with Scott again!

Scott’s effortless DMing style will drag you into the world and the story without you even noticing. The technical aspects of the game, such as maps and sound, speak for themselves. Scott clearly spends a ton of time preparing for each session. The story telling is a lot of fun and he does a great job setting the mood. Yet despite the clear amount of preparation, he allows creativity and rolls with ideas that no one expected. I wish I could give examples, but Scott creates such intricate stories that even setting the background would make this review a novel. But I will say, the room for creativity is not just in the role playing elements, but also in combat. I joined an ongoing campaign and Scott immediately integrated me (and my character) into the campaign and I basically immediately felt like a true member of a group that has been going for quite a while. Thank you Scott!

How to prepare
Players should have a mic (webcam is optional), and should install the Free Demo version of Fantasy Grounds Unity. Your first step will be to set up a profile on Discord.
What I provide
DM is a Fantasy Grounds Unity Ultimate license holder (no cost to join or download Fantasy Grounds). A Syrinscape stream will also be available for lots of awesome, action-oriented audio!

Most sessions will involve at least one tactical combat, but don't be surprised if there's more--or if the story dictates that there's none that night!
