How to prepare

To prepare, players will need a free Discord account (and mic) for voice. A free Roll20 account for VTT, and that's about it. If you're like me, you may also want access to a set of classic polyhedral gaming dice. Additionally, if you want to use PathCompanion, you will need an account there (free): https://pathcompanion.com/.

What I provide

From me you can expect character voices (of varying quality, haha), Roll20 (plus) level details including dynamic lighting and maps, as well as tokens, and a discord space. My GM style is one that is consistent and fair when it comes to the application of the rules. If anything, I'm looking to join in the fun and tell an engaging story.. I generally also try to intertwine character backstories, etc.

Gameplay details

At our Session 0 we will discuss the expectations for content, etc. and can use breakout rooms as necessary. Additionally, we will build characters together, and develop our considerations for post session debriefs. We'll also discuss whether we want to play with or without cameras and how everyone feels about the options. Additionally, we can add more safety tools if the players feel a need for more. Moreover, alongside building characters, we'll discuss some of the recent game world events leading up to the adventure and review some important topics of the game world, depending, of course, on player experience level, etc.
