About the adventure
Your journey starts not in the black, but planetside down in a crowded port town on a dusty Rim world, where the sky's too bright, the pay’s too low, and the folk speak plain. The streets are loud with shouting dockhands, offworld vendors slingin’ mystery meat skewers, and rusted hovercraft wheezing between alleys. The air smells of engine grease, sweat, and dust and opportunity, if you’ve got the sense to smell it. Work’s been tight. Fuel’s not cheap, and credits don’t stretch like they used to. But just as your last job goes cold, a new one finds its way to you. A client with coin, a cargo needing moving, and a timeline that don’t allow for questions. The job? Simple. Pick up a shipment of supplies medical gear, mining tools, maybe a few crates with serials filed off and deliver it to a new mining town out in the back end of nowhere. A dot of a settlement too fresh to have a name folk recognize, but rich enough in ore that it’s already got the attention of a few powerful interests. The pay’s decent. The route’s quiet at least on paper. The client’s smile? Just crooked enough to be honest. Seems straightforward. Run the goods, get paid, maybe spend a night or two planetside with hot food, stronger drink, and a bed that doesn’t shake when you sleep. Should be easy money. But out in the black, easy tends to go sideways fast. Folks whisper about Reaver sightings along the edge of the trade lane. Alliance patrols poking around where they got no cause. And there’s talk soft talk about strange happenings near the mines. Workers disappearing. Equipment going dead without warning. Whole comm lines going silent. Still, jobs like this keep your ship flying. Keep your crew fed. Keep your independence. And hell, it’s probably just talk. After all... what could possibly go wrong? Play by post is a fantastic way to play in an adventure where you have not got the time to sit with a group on a weekly basis. Simply post and then read the story as it evolves and you have the time. This adventure will be a play by text asynchronous adventure. Asynchronous games are played as and when people have the time to play and no more than one person has to be online at the same time. By joining the group you agree to post at least once a week, more is better.

About me
Welcome, Adventurers! Thanks for taking a look at my adventures! I'm an experienced DM/GM with over 40 years of playing and running games under my belt. I absolutely love tabletop RPGs, and there's nothing I enjoy more than sharing that love by crafting unforgettable sessions. Dungeons & Dragons is a favorite of mine, and I bring that passion to every table I run. My goal is always to make the story leap off the page and help players fully immerse themselves in the world around them. While I respect the rules, the characters and story will always come first. It’s about having fun, sharing laughs, and letting the dice help tell the tale. Roll a natural 20? Expect something magical. Roll a 1? Well… it’ll still be magical, but probably not in the way you hoped. 😁 I'm especially passionate about helping new players find their footing, learn to roleplay, and get the most out of their game time. Not seeing the system you love? Just ask, I’m always open to new worlds and adventures. So jump on board and let me take you on a fantastic journey. Oh and don’t forget the snacks! I can’t wait to see you at the table.
