PbP Ten Towns of Maztica | 3-10 |Mexican Theme Save the Towns

About the adventure

Enjoying a long time at level three, I wanted to amp up the RP with this remix of the Rime of the Frostmaiden. The Ten Towns are in the setting of Maztica (DnD's version of Mexico). You and your party will journey through the heat of Maztican deserts and jungles helping the Ten Towns with quests that prepare you all for the threat of destruction against the continent. Instead of starting at level 1, be ready for an extended time at level 3. With enough slack for full creativity, LOTS of side-quests, and everything adapted from the campaign book, you're in good hands for balance and fleshed-out story, without worrying about the meta of it all. Plus, we're gearing up for the Summer-- doesn't a heat wave seem more on point? We can keep the game going after level 6, but thought it best to limit the main quest until we really get to know/enjoy each other. It also keeps people active to know there's an end in sight. You can take your time with every town, but more likely you'll head to the main event when your party is ready. I think bringing back XP tracking will make it more adventurous / sandboxy. I have a small group of players online for my PbP games. Come join while I'm trying to show off my hardest. At PbP you can feel free to post asynchronously-- when you're free.
