About the adventure
The school year had set in and everything was in full swing at St. Nolan's University. The usual drama of the start of the year with dates, sports, classes, and parties has consumed the mind of the student body. After a particularly rough night at The Wavy Jones Bar and Grill where both a fraternity and sorority hosted a party, the lights flash and the staffs' lives change forever. Being sucked into an unfinished novel by some rude writer who was total Karen all night, the coworkers awaken to the murmur of a happy tavern in Swheelia, a fantasy land, in the bodies of the world's famed adventures. Now, these lost souls will have to figure out not only the new world they inhabit but their new bodies as well. Take the challenge to complete the task of finding the wishing stones to wish your way back home before you lose yourself to the new body. The campaign is designed as a way to explore characters and play on the fish-out-of-water trope. The campaign will have similarities narratively to the Dimension 20 campaign Never Stop Blowing Up.

My weird work schedule makes it difficult to play D&D anymore on the weekends like all my friends want to do so I joined Andrew's Strixhaven campaign on Tuesdays to fill the gap. How to prepare
Form potential ideas for characters. Have a DND Beyond and Roll 20 account. Download the free Beyond 20 browser extension so DND Beyond and Roll 20 can communicate. Have a Discord account ready for voice chat. Webcams are not required.
What I provide
I will bring a new world of Swheelia, complete with maps. I have made new Deities for this world as well. I have some content on D&D Beyond that will be provided for players. I will be using Roll 20 for the Virtual Table Top where there will be custom maps and tokens for the encounters. I will provide a welcoming and accepting Discord server for voice chat. I will attempt character voices but I am no voice actor. I will also try to have some ambient music.
Gameplay details
There will be a session 0 where discussions about what the campaign will need to avoid for the comfort of all players. I will always be available for discussions with my players. There will be a page of potentially triggering things that will be provided for players to let me know what will be excluded completely from the game.

How will character creation work
Character creation will happen in session 0. Each player will make approximately 1 and a half characters as the character before the swap will not need all the DND stats. With this being a bit different from a campaign, character creation can be given more to the DM or be a collaborative effort to provide more immersive effects to the swap. Characters will start at Level 1 with a rare item in their inventory that belongs to the adventurer they have swapped into. There will be milestone leveling. We will discuss whether we want to use 2014 or 2024 rules in session 0 as I am fine with either.
