Don’t you just hate it when your prom date turns out to be the child of your arch nemesis or even better, that they’re being hunted by some weird alien race? Well, you’ve come to the right place! In Halcyon city, there is never such a thing as an ordinary day. There’s always a villain, something secret going on behind the scenes, or you’re running late to school. However, in your version of Halcyon city, you attend a prestigious school designed to mold the minds of teenage student with superpowers into tomorrow’s heroes. Despite your background or history, they give everyone an opportunity to surpass whatever hindered them before. Orion Academy, a school run by the stars of the former generation. It has been a Legacy to pass down the reins since the golden age of heroism and preserve the will of the first heroes. Heroing is more than looking cool, beating bad guys, and getting the girl. It’s about the people and community you give hope to. And here, the students are given such an opportunity. However, what’s learning if you don’t get any practical training? Each student forms a team that they will strengthen the bonds of over the four years they attend high school. These teams will go on to be teams that work together to fight crime out in the real world when they graduate. However, they also fight crime now! Depending on the nature of a villain, the school deploys teams of the appropriate year and skill set to hand these issues. Underclassman will have a professor overseeing the practical application but this is more or less something they don’t have an opportunity to do till the end of freshman year. Thus all came about during the Bronze Age when officials realized that they can’t shield the children from danger forever and the more skilled they are the safer they’ll be. And beyond even that, at the pinnacle of each year are the Teen Titans. The best of the best. Titans are the ones that often times get called for matters at a level one grade level higher than theirs as an advanced course. They have a voice in the school’s student government, forming the Titan Administration. Given the powers and pull of the school, the TA has significant pull in the city. They decide what missions they take and which they pass off to the teachers, they help with teaching their fellow classmates and underclassman, and they also do extra curricular classes to teach students in a way that the teachers cannot. So hurry to class because your adventures have only just begun!
