About the adventure
After the devastating attack of OblivAeon the heroes of Sentinel Comics find themselves focused on recovery and rebuilding. Our heroes, the Freedom Five, are spending their days helping their home town of Megalopolis get pack and its feet and trying to understand the massive Akash'Flora tree that suddenly sprung up in the city. But unknown to all strange spider bots have begun to crawl through the sewers for nefarious reasons. What could be going on? And what will the Freedom Five do about it? Find out in issue #801, Itsy Bitsy Spider Bots! Looking for superheroes? Rules light games? A first time rpg that won't have overwhelming piles of rules? This is a one shot meant to teach the rules, world, and general vibe of Sentinel Comics using the published adventure Itsy Bitsy Spiderbots which was created for the same reason. This game is scheduled with a lot of time set aside to teach rules, walk through options and turns with players, and generally welcome anyone new to the game, setting, or hobby in general.

How to prepare
You will need a discord account. A webcam and mic are heavily encouraged, but not strictly required. Owlbear Rodeo does not require an account. Characters will be provided as downloadable PDFs. This game assumes you have no starting familiarity with pen and paper or table top rpgs. If you do, or if you wish to familiarize yourself with the rules of Sentinel Comics beforehand that would be also be great. Just don't feel pressured to do so.
What I provide
The majority of this game will focus on conversation through discord (available here https://discord.gg/y6Rxmka7dD ) with combat zones, dice rolls, and popcorn initiative tracking done through Owlbear Rodeo. In addition premade character PDFs will be available.
Gameplay details
My preferred way of dealing with issues that arise during a game is to start by directly messaging me. From there I can work with a player in whatever format they find most familiar.
