About the adventure
So many systems, so little time! ~~~~Current game and details~~~~ BRINDLEWOOD BAY on ROLE ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Brindlewood Bay is a tabletop roleplaying game that combines Murder, She Wrote with H.P. Lovecraft. In it, you play a group of elderly women, members of the local Murder Mavens Mystery Book Club, who help the authorities solve murder cases in a picturesque New England Town. Over the course of their investigations, they become aware of a dark occult conspiracy that connects the cases, and will eventually have to face that conspiracy in order to save their community. The game is low-prep and easy to play no matter your experience with tabletop roleplaying games. Brindlewood Bay is a Powered by the Apocalypse game. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The mess around format: A relaxed taste of the many different systems available. A chance to make a character, learn the basics, have a fight or two and see what each game has to offer. We may also be trying out a new VTT, depending on where the game feels best suited to play. Only games will be selected that will have no additional purchases required for the player. The game charge goes towards supporting any VTT and modules etc I need to purchase to run the game for everyone. Together we have tried out Draw Steel, Shadow of the Demon Lord, Shadow of the Weird Wizard, Avatar Legends, Blade Runner, Mothership, Dragonbane, Alien RPG, Discworld: Adventures in Ankh-Morpork, Shadowdark and Forbidden Lands so far. Come join us in checking out the vast range of the hobby, find your new favourite game!

About me
Hello discerning Gamer I started playing tabletop roleplaying games as a teenager, far too long ago. I've had a few vacations but 5e D&D pulled me back into the hobby in a big way in 2017 and I have been full steam ever since. I'm not limited to just D&D though, I love many systems and many worlds. Most of all though I love bringing worlds alive for my players. Give me your backstory and your goals and I will do my best to bring them to life whilst still presenting a cohesive and responsive world filled with challenge. I strongly believe in being collaborative and not antagonistic to my players, as well as keeping the gaming space fun and safe for all players.
