About the adventure

"The realm Elun'sur ... a realm of elemental gods. It occurred in the distant past, the Ruination. A violent and chaotic birth, that consumed an entire realm. The history of that time can only be found in scattered remnants of a land that once was. It is thought now, that perhaps only the four elemental gods know what truly happened back then ... before their wars ravished what remained. Now, order is established and tightly regulated in spite of the constant chaos that threatens to take sway once more. The clashing elements of fire, wind, water, and earth, are kept carefully under control, keeping the realm from destroying itself in the cycles that repeat with the seasonal rising and falling of each of the four gods. An achievement attributed to the Order of the Four Pillars, who maintain what they call the Supreme Balance. In this realm, people live out their lives as best they can ... adventurers, mercenaries, hunters, craftsmen, seekers of truth and peace in an otherwise tumultuous world ... There is but one choice ahead of you, what will you choose to be?" Calling all adventurers seasoned and otherwise to this homebrew setting in the Dungeons and Dragons world of Faerun! For those of you that love roleplay and being immersed in a setting rich with stories, characters, and of course - adventure! - this game is perfect for you! The setting is a mysterious demi-plane in which the elements govern the lands. The majority of inhabitants find themselves unawares of the deeper meaning of their place there. During your adventures you'll (hopefully) live to uncover its greater mysteries, earning fame and rewards along the way. -- Hi there! I'm Alex and welcome to my campaign! This campaign will be RP focused, with a good amount of combat to keep you on your toes. As your DM, it's my goal to bring the setting to life and most importantly enable you to express your characters fully. I am passionate about interweaving personal stories into a larger narrative, so your backstories will matter. We will start with a free session 0 to build a party together and to get you used to the world. before starting our adventure together. I am totally fine walking newer players through the character creation process if needed! A DnDBeyond campaign will be provided by me too.
