About the adventure
Grim? Perilous? Doomed World? No, there's no trademark blunt weapon here! This is the horror-soaked, blood-drenched, agonizing world of Shadow of the Demon Lord! A dark fantasy so dark it can't see itself -- a metal fantasy so metal all the solos blur into a horrible cacophany! If you've played any D&D-like fantasy rpg, you'll find something familiar here. Stripped-down, evened-out, SotDL is smooth sailing all the way to the apocalypse. The classic Dragonlance Saga will be reimagined through the horror fantasy lens of Rob Schwalb’s Shadow of the Demon Lord! Everything familiar is there, though not in the form you might be used to. I’ll be using the original modules as reference and inspiration and the campaign will be semi-sandbox.

How to prepare
Have a working mic and Discord account. I'll be on video, but you don't have to be. I'll talk you through everything, so don't worry about rules.
What I provide
I may use Foundry VTT for this, or a web-based VTT. Discord will be for voice and video(video optional). I'll do voices, I'll try to use music, I'm usually Rules as Written, but don't turn my nose up when someone does something cool!
Gameplay details
Especially considering the kind of game SotDL is, I'll definitely send over a consent checklist ahead of time. We'll talk through things in Session 0, X card is active, basically I'll do whatever we need to make sure everyone has fun in this horror fantasy setting!
