How to prepare

Expectation is checking the Discord daily, though posting daily is not required if you feel you don't have anything to share at a certain moment of the campaign. Any character creation questions can be posted in the chat thread.

What I provide

We will play via Discord and I will be providing maps and visual images through Google Slides to help everyone be on the same page for what we're seeing and what the space is. This will include maps for social interactions as well as combat and images for NPCs.

Gameplay details

In session 0, players will have the ability to share any triggers they have and there will be an ongoing chat channel or PMing via Discord in case issues arise during the game to maintain the open door.

How will character creation work

Players are to create 2nd level characters using 20 point buy and equipment can be purchased with your class' starting gold +100. 3rd party material can be used as long as I am notified ahead of time and have a chance to look it over to OK it. Players are to provide characters sheets to me ahead of time. You are free to use whichever character sheet template you prefer. Be advised, I will roll randomly as each character signs up to determine a motivation for why the character has arrived at this tavern. It is up to you to determine how and how much this shows up in their actions and behaviors throughout the adventure.
