About the adventure
This will be a Westmarch style game where players can enter and leave the game as thier schedule allows. Our setting will be the forgotten realms. Players will choose the direction our story goes in. Players who are new to playing are welcome to join. We will play from levels 1 to 20. We will start in the Town of waterdeep. This is a sandbox game where the players will decide what we do during the adventure. We will use a combination of settings from Waterdeep dragon heist, Dungeon of the Mad Mage, Tales from the Yawning portal and more depending on where the team wishes to travel in the forgotten realms and beyond. The game will last for an hour and a half so it can fit into your busy schedule.

About me
I have been a professional DM for five years and first got interested in Dungeons and Dragons back in 1994. Most of my experience as a DM is with D&D 5e, including first party, third party (Humblewood, Animal Adventures, and many more), and homebrew. I also have experience Dungeon Crawl Classics, Tales of Equestria, Avatar the last airbender, and Gurps. I am more than willing to run these and any other system, given enough time to learn the content. I can run custom games and one shots for birthdays and special occasions. I have over 66 one shots to choose from.

Creating your character
You will need to create a character on D&D beyond in the campaign. No Evil characters. All published races are ok. I will send the link to the campaign once you join the game. You will need a free zoom account with a microphone. Cameras are optional. We will use D&D beyond maps. We will also have a discord channel where players can chat between session. I will also share any handouts and maps to the discord channel.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
You will need a free zoom account and a free D&D beyond account. Please create a character with basic starting gear. You can add 4 potions of healing and 50 gold. All of my games are new player friendly so please do not hesitate to ask any questions.
What Jill brings to the table
I will bring maps on D&D Beyond. I will also share access to my Books on D&D Beyond.
Homebrew rules
Drinking 1 healing potion per round is a free action. We use flanking to get advantage in combat.

How Jill creates a safe table
We will go over lines and veils when new players join. Torture is a hard line in my game. If at any time the game makes you uncomfortable you can hold up an X on a paper or text it to me in chat and I will stop the scene and redirect the game.
