About the adventure
A small-time crew are given a shot by a benefactor who sees their talent. Going by Thane, he plots a legendary robbery in two years' time. He needs the crew to amass wealth, resources, and skills until The Big One. Once the crew, and their contacts, are ready, obscene wealth is ripe for the plucking. Once The Big One is pulled off, the crew can choose their fate, to retire anonymously in a non-extradition country of their choice, or perhaps plan another one?

How to prepare
Bring a solid character idea, and maybe character art, with a token. You'll need to have Discord to communicate. Reading GURPS 4e Basic Set is all that I ask, additional books & rules will become available as needed.
What I provide
Foundry VTT, which is free to players, a library of GURPS 4e books that will be available to players, and custom art assets & maps, some powered by AI. Combat & Puzzles are conflicting elements, as it will be up to players how to complete a job. If you use violence, then Combat use goes up, and tactical thinking will be as far as Puzzles go. However, if you abstain from violence, thus Combat, you will have harder Puzzles to solve. An example would be breaking into a security office and taking the officer hostage versus tapping into their system and hacking access to the cameras. Roleplaying will be highly encouraged, and 4th wall breaks will be minimal. The idea is to live the life of your character, which will award players with bonus points to upgrade their character.
Gameplay details
The GM and players will have a Session 0 where they discuss content they don't want to see, and how to go forward so everyone is happy. Players can also discuss breaks, as needed, for longer sessions.

How will character creation work
Character Creation will take place individually, with each respective player and the GM. Once both parties agree, the characters will be introduced to each other in a Session 0, which will include meshing the characters. Like establishing 2 characters as partners-in-crime, prison buddies, former soldiers who served together, etc. Character Creation will remain active until Session 3, meaning players can fiddle with their character for a bit to make sure it is a right fit. This is to ensure everyone is having fun with their characters, and no one feels like they wasted points on a feature. Character will be created in GURPS Character Sheet (GCS), which is a free program with comprehensive data on GURPS 4e.
