Current Party Composition -- Currently at Level 6: Orc Cleric (Light Domain) Kalashtar Monk (Warrior of Mercy) Human Bard (College of Lore) Warforged Paladin (Oath of the Spelldrinker) Elf Cleric (Twilight Domain) -we have one player on an extended hiatus. Having obtained the Voidwhisperer's Codex from the depths of a ruined fortress, the party made its way to Gathering Stone where it rescued an important member of House Lyrandar from a terrible fate at her wedding by uncovering a demonic plot. Fearful that an ancient druidic seal was failing, the party happily accepted the gift of an airship and made their way to the Shadow Marches to try to perform a ritual on the failing druidic seal. They now find themselves in the ancient druidic temple, fighting their way through a tide of aberrations to reach the seal and repair it.

What Doug the DM brings to the table
Foundry VTT, D&D Beyond books, custom maps, art, voices, music, and a balanced mix of combat, story, and intrigue. I use 5e rules but am generous in my interpretations and value great role playing and creative choices over rigid application of the text.
Homebrew rules
Drinking a potion is a bonus action - roll dice for healing; You may instead use an action to guarantee full healing from a potion. No Silvery Barbs.

How Doug the DM creates a safe table
Once you are approved for the game, you will be sent a link to join the OnlyDragons discord server, where you will find additional information concerning character creation and campaign specific lore. You and I will have a brief one-on-one via Discord to cover lines and veils and make sure you are comfortable with the table rules, and the subject matter. I'll go over my open door policy and we will also go over character concepts and backstories. Each character will start with a secret related to their backstory and to the overarching plot. All official 5e content is permissible.
