About the adventure
As the seasons begin to change in the city of Waterdeep more things begin to change besides the weather. A looming fog has revealed deaths in the streets, and increase in undead sightings. Every attempt to solve this problem has only lead to more trouble. The only hint as to what is causing this darkness being traces of an unnatural combination conjuration and necrotic magic left in the wake of it all. You all have been called to help find the source of these troubles, as the foggy nights don't seem to be slowing down. Can you resolve the troubles of this city before everything falls apart? The Infection of Ravenloft is a 5e DnD game, taking inspiration from Van Richten's Guide To Ravenloft. Including session 0 this campaign is set to go for at least 5 sessions, and new players are welcome to join in at anytime. In order to join in you will need the following. A Level 10 Character set up using standard array or point buy. I am ok with you using the new 2024 and 3rd party content, but would like to see it prior to final character creation. The sooner you send it to me the more likely it will be a yes. Along with starting equipment new players will also start with 1000 gold (to shop for desired upgrades) and one uncommon magic item of your choice. How to prepare
They will need access to Roll 20 and Discord. It is especially important to create characters ahead of time. In session mics will be required, while video will be optional. There is a way for them to put their character sheets into Roll20, but if they desire they can also use DnD beyond, and a program known as Beyond 20.
What I provide
I will bring extra character sheets if needed. I will attempt to do some voices, and the adventure will have means for some flexibility. I will be running the game in my Pngtuber persona, and am always looking for new tools to help make player experiences awesome.
Gameplay details
I will start with a session 0. Using this to help make sure players are going to get what they want from the experience, along with a mini session to get settled into the world. I will use X, N, and O in chat (I will probably talk about it as red, yellow, green), and there will also be a digital guide to it on the Roll 20. Break will be provided at about halfway through the adventure, and if needed by the group. Debriefing and Aftercare will happen at the end. Allowing for players to talk about the session, ask questions, and give feedback. Stars and Wishes will be at the very end, as an extra opportunity to provide feedback.

How will character creation work
What level will the characters be? Level 10 Players will need to create characters in advance, and instructions will be provided. In case of emergency I will also have spare characters. For Roll20 they will also need to provide me with an image of their character, so I can add it as a token.
