How to prepare

Have a character concept in mind. I do not require a fourteen page backstory. Basics. Keep it enjoyable. I work player backstories into all my games; with as much or as little as you provide. Less is more. If you require help creating a character before the first paid session we can work that out during Session Zero. I can do separate sessions for players as necessary. Please have a decent internet connection. Discord should be installed and updated. The basic (non-paid version) for FantasyGrounds should also be installed and up to date. A working microphone (or webcam - video NOT required) for communication is essential.

What I provide

I will be utilizing my Ulitmate License with Fantasy Grounds to run all my VTT needs with new groups. I have a wide range of 5e materials at my disposal; so most players should have those available to them at character creation. I utilize Discord for handling communication. So a good working microphone is all you really need; other than a decent internet connection and an operational desktop or laptop! LOL

Gameplay details

I practice the Rule of Cool; but not flagrant abuse of the rules. I will discuss with players before the campaign even begins if there are subjects or issues they do not want represented in the game I am running. Any issues MUST be brought to my attention before play begins. I want to ensure all my players are respected by myself and it will be made clear to the other players that boundaries are to be respected and that any abuse of those is a no warnings given; removal of said player/offender. I have lost too many tables to ignorant and often selfish players who cannot understand this concept.

Standard 27 point buy for attributes. Any PHB race. No FEATs to start. No flying or aquatic races.
