We're looking to recruit new players who are open to learning the system and potentially continue on this epic adventure together! I provide everything needed besides a working microphone, access to Discord, and a computer capable of running Roll20. About me
I've been playing various forms of role-playing games formally for more than 2 decades, including online, written, table top and more, and informally, I've been playing and performing roles all my life. I love creating and sharing stories, all the more so when the players truly become part of the world by surprising me with their choices. Professionally, I have a background in history and am a recently-recovering educator, and I bring both to the gaming table by helping players learn the game and developing the massive living world of Ætheon where all of my campaigns and stories are directly interconnected with players having a direct impact on the world (and potentially, other campaigns).

Creating your character
Players can select a pre-existing Marvel character or make their own. We will start at Rank 1 with the character's origin story, and we will have a session 0 to discuss how the characters are related and know each other. Players should come with an open mind and be willing to discuss their concepts with the team before signing on.

You will work with the Narrator/GM to develop a character at Rank 3, either an original character, or as a variant-version of one of your favorite Marvel characters. As we progress through the story, you'll have the opportunity to grow your character your way or to hand off to a higher-ranked character.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
All players must have a microphone and a relatively distraction-free environment. Ideally, all players also have a working webcam and are willing to use it. Games will be played in Roll20. Players should have a Roll20 account before game time.

How Delphi creates a safe table
The Cataclysm of Kang is a fast-paced adventure in our version of the Marvel universe. Starting with your origin story, you'll grow and harness your power to the ends of the multiverse! The game is appropriate for mature audiences interested in exploring and rewriting our own variant of the multiverse. The goal of this game is to have fun. Players' safety and mental health are crucial; all players will always have access to safety tools. Players will be given an RPG checklist before the game to indicate any lines and veils they may have and can update these at any time with no explanation necessary. Additionally, all players will have multiple means to utilize the X card, including on video, VTT, chat, and with a Discord emoji.
