About the adventure
This game will be live streamed on my OldeGreybeard YouTube channel. Please sign-up only if you are comfortable joining with audio and video and being part of a public live stream. I will be running a D&D 4e one-shot quest consisting of modified encounters from the 4e Dungeon Delve book. Each player can bring their own 4e character and we will have a brief Session 0 to sort out specifics. The game will be heavy on tactical combat with some roleplaying and exploration elements.
The game is open to D&D 4e players of all levels. Whether you have played 4th edition for years or never played it at all, you are welcome at the game. I will gladly help you with the rules and creating your character.

How to prepare
Each player will need to have the following... □ A reliable high-speed internet connection □ A webcam with good front-lighting □ A microphone providing clear sound □ A Roll20 account (a free account is fine) □ A copy of any source books used to create their character □ Some basic familiarity with the D&D 4e rules would be helpful, but is not required. I can give an overview during the Session 0. □ A 1st-level D&D 4e character. The player can use any official source book for D&D 4e (no homebrew). They must own any source books they use. I can help players create a character during the Session 0 if desired/helpful. □ On the day of the game session, each player will need to connect to VDO.ninja and Roll20 at least 30 minutes before the start time so that we can work through any technical issues.
What I provide
I will host the game in Roll20 with all necessary maps. I will setup tokens for each character in Roll20. The game will use D&D 4e rules. Each player will need to create their character. I am willing to help with this if needed during the Session 0. Each player will also need to have access to their own rule book as I cannot share them virtually. Maps and dice rolls will be hosted through Roll20. The audio/video will be through VDO.ninja. I will provide the connection link to each player in advance of the game and we will test it during the session 0.
Gameplay details
This game will be streamed live on YouTube on my OldeGreybeard channel. We will maintain a PG rating. Mild cursing is fine (to a degree) but nothing extreme. It will be a light action combat exploration quest consisting of 2-3 encounters. There will be typical RPG violence. We will not entertain any themes or conversations on topics that are generally considered to be risky. We can discuss in more detail during the required Session 0.

How will character creation work
Each player will create their own 1st-level character. I will make myself available during the Session 0 to help with character creation if anyone needs assistance. Any official 4e source books may be used as long as the player owns that source book and can refer to it during the game. I need to know in advance which source books are being used. I will need a copy of the character sheet, but there are no other requirements for the sheet itself.
