About the adventure
Who can stand against the son of the Dragon?? Join us for a romp through 3.5's very best mega-adventure! Lovingly converted to 5e while retaining much of its original combat eccentricities, this module has stood the test of time as one of the very best of modern TTRPG adventures. Scourge of the Howling Horde and Sons of Gruumsh, two adventures released contemporaneously with RHoD, are used alongside some original content to level the party from 1-6; filling a gap in the original module. You will explore the Elsir Vale, from the quaint village of Drellin's Ferry to the burgeoning city of Brindol, and from the vile and barren Thornwastes to the dark and dangerous Wychwood, this setting is rife with adventure and intrigue fit for any adventurer. How to prepare
Players will only need free roll20 and discord accounts for this game. Mic is required. Webcam is not.
What I provide
For this game I will be using a full RHoD rework and will be providing all maps and tokens on roll20.
Gameplay details
My table is always a judgement free zone and safe space. Harassment is never tolerated and we will be using X N O cards through discord so people do not have to speak out loud if they are not comfortable doing so. We will be using a session 0 to go over characters and introductions, as well as going over technical details with Roll20 and our accompanying discord server. Recordings of the session will NOT be made. We will keep sessions between 3 - 4 hours in length, and will attempt to keep the game moving at a reasonable pace. Please be familiar with the basic mechanics of 5e and roll20, but beginners are welcome and I do not expect you to be an expert. Houserules and homebrew solutions are at DM's discretion but I am usually pretty lenient.
