About the adventure
A 5th edition dungeon run campaign open to all players new or veteran, young or old, alive or undead. Drop-in's are welcome! Synopsis: Once a functional fortress where wizards honed their eldritch craft, little now remains of the Scarlet Citadel-on the surface. The place now has a sinister and deadly reputation among adventurers and lorekeepers, and for good reason. The dungeon's well-trod stairs have seen few return from their journeys below. Here, deep underground, dwarven mercenaries once bred their owlbears for war, sorcerers from the White Forest practiced their arts, and strange cults from other realms drew from mysterious nodes of power. Ancient treasures and secrets are still scattered everywhere. Malevolent creatures spin shadowy webs, enchant foul magics, and summon forth dark gods.
Sessions are set to be every Sunday, starting 7:30pm (UTC). Sessions are run with Discord and Roll20. Drop-in's are welcome! Sessions are currently 4 hours in length (Approx.) **BEWARE:** This campaign, whilst open to beginners, is an **Unforgiving & Brutal** dungeon campaign that pushes characters to their limit and brings them to the bring of death on a regular basis.

Additional details
How to prepare
Players should be prepared to use Roll20 for play, Syrinscape (if available) for ambience and Discord for voice chat. Video is optional. Prior to Session 0, players will be given an invite to a Discord group for the game which will have useful information, and provide a way for them to contact myself and the other players in the group. Each player will also be given an invite to the game on Roll20.
What I provide
On discord I shall provide useful information as necessary. On Roll20, players will have access to my compendium, which encompasses many official WOTC works and 3rd Party works. On Syrinscape (if available) players will be immersed in the sounds of the campaign, bringing the world even more to life.
Gameplay details
I like to plan ahead and help players create characters during a Session 0, as well as go over any potential, triggers, uncomfortable content, game style issues etc. During the sessions we will periodically have breaks as necessary for players and will be open for issues to be discussed throughout play. After sessions, I would like to talk to my players about what went on and how they felt about the session to get their feedback on the game and any issues that may have arisen. Please remember, if you cannot attend a session, use the Skip function and/or contact us as soon as possible to avoid a charge. This must be done at least 24 hours before the session starts. If you do not do this you may still be charged for your spot in the session. If you believe you have been charged by mistake, please contact us and we can look into it for you.

How will character creation work
I will hold a session 0 which will be set out to help player character creation and discussion. I would also ask that players create at least a basic backstory/character idea to bring to the session 0. That being said, Players will have access to the game on Roll20, prior to the session and may go ahead and create a character if they feel comfortable doing so.
