How to prepare

All you will need is: a mic, headphones, Discord, and a device capable of running Foundry VTT.

What I provide

I will be running the game on Foundry VTT. We will use the server I use for other Campaigns. I also curate a list of interesting playlists to provide the right feel and tone to any scene. I also have all of the Core Rulebooks and Supplement Rulebooks as well as the Genesys Core Rulebook which will allow me a wide range of potential options for the Campaign and players. When running combat, I tend to make it very narrative focused, taking advantage of the systems used in this game. I try to offer player choices to their dice results whenever I can. I also put significant consideration into balancing the combat and to try and integrate every character's skillset as best I can. In roleplay, I try to offer a wide range of NPCs to interact with and allow for much needed downtimes between major plot beats. I encourage players to be creative and think out of the box whenever they can (within reason lol). I try to give every player a moment to shine and really feel like their a part of a group. This Campaign is in a shared and established AU with other Campaigns going on about 3 years now. With rich custom lore and fresh new perspectives on the beloved Galaxy far far away.

Gameplay details

I offer up an RPG Consent Forum for all new players who join my server is asked to fill out at their earliest convenience. The results of which will be covered in a Session 0. As well as any other potential issues that may arise or require discussion. If a subject matter comes up that causes discomfort, I offer you the ability to pull out of the session until the thing causing the distress is past. My server is intended to be an inclusive safe space, so if you ever need to talk about something bothering you, we are here for you!

How will character creation work

We will create your characters on Foundry. Either before or during Session 0. I ask players not to use Oggdude as to my experience, it doesn't always pan out. I also ask players to keep a semi-open mind to their character's backstory and concept, however, I try my best to match the ideas of the players. This is an Age of Rebellion Campaign so we will be focusing on Age of Rebellion Careers and Specializations. We will not be using the careers of Edge of the Empire or Force and Destiny as to keep with the style and theming of the game. I also roll for Duty, however, I am more than happy to continuously reroll till we get something you feel could either work or be fun (You can still choose your character Motivations freely!).
