About the adventure
Come enjoy a bi-weekly soiree into multi-player, death defying campaign storyline alternating with bi-weekly 'drop-in drop-out' mini-adventures to make a full weekly opportunity to explore the plane-hopping, futuristic, wacky, Planescape Campaign. This is Dungeon and Dragon's campaign set against a backdrop of unimaginable reality. Characters will barter with Fiends and Fey alike, gamble at interstellar casinos and explore odd and unique corners of fantasy cosmos. This high fantasy game starts at 6th level and involves more complicated portions of DnD 5e. We will be using feats, multiclass options and the story involves multiple characters in a character tree alternating so as to play one character at a time.. Despite the use of this elective, optional material, all levels are welcome.

About me
My name is James and Pintado is my nickname,… call me either and you’ll get a smile back from me. i am an enthusiastic artist expressing themselves through all things deemed nerdy. I Game master, role-play, draw and dream fantasy all day, most days. I love co-creating epic stories of adventure, intrigue and suspense with other players, interweaving a balanced experience of compelling story, battle strategy and rewarding drama. I really enjoy helping others express themselves through tabletop games. I try and create a space for thoughtful character creation where players can craft as deep or merely functional character as they choose. I seek to balance the dynamics of a multi person table so all participants can find what they are looking for in a shared creative experience. In real life, I am a teacher and a performer and those skills come through in experiences I facilitate. I love helping new players find their way while creating interactive and entertaining content for “our” table. I see this all as a group experience and prefer to be an ally to the adventurers as opposed to being their opponent. Lastly, everybody is welcome at my table. Creating your character
Character Creation is done on DnDBeyond. Standard array or Point-Buy. 9th Lvl Free 1st level Origin Feat Free common magic item. Races and Classes from Monsters or the Multiverse, PHB, Humblewood,Tasha's and Xanathar's available. Any Published Source.
This game is completing the middle arc of the campaign at Level 9 and headed into the final chapters in Sigil City. We use all the advanced rules including a 3 character Stable of alternating player characters. Come try some High Planes Highjinx with our crew.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
You need a working mic for the vocal component, but webcams are optional (I won't be using a webcam). All accounts are free for players,... Discord, DnDBeyond and Foundry. I will send you links to them all after sign up. Just come with some wacky sci-fi high fantasy D&D character ideas and a sense of adventure and we can make the rest together.
What GM James Pintado brings to the table
I bring all the tools from the "only dragons" discord server. We will use discord for voice and out of game text communication. We will use DnDBeyond for character creation and campaign organization. We will use Foundry VTT for our bi-weekly game sessions. I will be adding personal art and VTT special effects as I become more comfortable on this Virtual Table Top. As a GM I bring a playfulness and steadiness to gameplay. I like to let the different tables guide me to change to games to best reflect the kind of game players are looking for. Adding or removing combat, puzzles or roleplaying elements as needed.
