Star Wars 5e - Warlords
Star Wars 5e, Dungeons & Dragons 5e | Campaign
About the adventure
“You're not the last of the old Jedi, Luke, you're the first of the new.” - Ben Kenobi The Emperor is dead, celebration was heard throughout every corner of the galaxy, and the recently established New Republic is bringing peace and prosperity to even the most distant planets and are looking for brave explorers to assist them in this effort. In spite (and because) of the new hope the Republic brings, the Imperial Remnant and some even darker forces are working on destabilizing and ultimately destroying the newly established democracy. The Campaign begins at the time of The Warlord Era, a period of Imperial history lasting from about 4 ABY until the "Imperial rebirth" of 15 ABY. It began as the fragmentation of the Galactic Empire due to the death of Emperor Palpatine at the Battle of Endor, at which point many Imperial leaders became rogue warlords as the central government fell apart. The creation of the Imperial Federation and its recognition by the New Republic as the Empire's successor state in 6 ABY began a series of conflicts to subdue the warlords. We will be using the Star Wars 5e Rulebook as well as other books released, which perfectly evokes the feeling of the galaxy far far away and lets the players tell their own stories among the trillions of stars. This is your Story and Your Saga, in the vast Galaxy within the Star Wars Universe. The adventure is a planet-hopping open-ended story adventure with the entire galaxy at your disposal as you play your character with their background story written by you as the set piece for the campaign. 📜 Non-Canon and Canon Storyline based on Legends, Visions and Tales of the Jedi 📜 May The Force Be With You.

How to prepare
The only things a player needs for this game is a microphone. A webcam is optional. Getting familiar with Discord for audio and Roll20 for maps is beneficial but not necessary. However roll20 to be tested is highly recommended for dice rolling, improved maps and the visual showcase.
What I provide
Fully Mapped Out Experience, Storytelling with true Scene after Scenes as well as Theater of the mind immersion. Incorporating (dynamic lighting, music, character, gameplay automation, animation for different attacks/abilities) Extensive knowledge of the rules, decades of experience as a GM, deep and adaptive storytelling, dynamic worlds, and silly voices. [To the point I got sick with sore throat]
Gameplay details
You can expect varied ambiance music and immersive artwork representing different scenes, as well as (sometimes silly) voices for different NPCs. Character sheets and game mechanics will be fully automated to help you use the system to its full potential and all rolls will be made in the open. Combat is fair and always in service to the story instead of being a pointless slog designed to waste time. I will strive to incorporate your character's backstory into the campaign so you can shape the story with me instead of just going through a railroaded experience. After each session we will have a short conversation about the session, giving you a chance to voice your opinion on everything that happened.
