About the adventure
The tension in the city was palpable; more disappearances and rumors of robed figures in the night. Meanwhile, evidence of disturbed grave sights dotted throughout the countryside. Then people started to die only to return once more. The night filled with the cackling of ancient evil promises only service in death. In the Dragonborn Empire of Malthyxia, a secret cult has grown like a weed watered by a century of blood. The Black Scale Cult threatens Malthyxia and the world as they seek to serve their eternal master and unleash a plague of undeath upon Aeverna. I have never played WFRP 4E so I needed training wheels. Other members of the group new the system and the lore like the were born to it. Cabal managed to make everyone welcome and keep the game interesting for all of us. The scenario he devised was engaging, mysterious and fun to work out. I learned how the system worked, picked up the lore and had a great time. I highly recommend Cabal as a GM. Good stuff, man!

Cabal is a very fun DM with a great world that theyve created. Awesome dungeon synth mixed with some dark fantasy/occult vibes makes for very fun sessions. Has a relaxed manner and is a cool person. 10/10 would recommend.

How to prepare
We will be using Roll20 as it's simpler for most to use so be sure to have an account at Roll20.net. We will be using Discord and a webcam is nice if you have one but a microphone will be required. We will also be having a free Session 0.

Gameplay details
It's important to do a Session 0 in order to discuss what kind of things they can expect to deal with during play that could be distressing to some people so that the players are informed first and can make their own judgments on whether to play or not. I will also use it as a way to see if there are any specific topics that would like to avoid. All the content warning listed as required are negotiable within reason so long as it's not interfering with the central plot.
