    About the adventure

Love the Mass Effect games? Ever wanted to play in it with the freedom that TTRPGs offer? Then you've come to the right place! This campaign will last around 5 to 7 sessions. If you have played DND5e, then the mechanics Mass Effect 5e will be familiar to you. This game is open to anyone who wants to join though. New and experienced players alike! About the adventure: The year is 2170, 13 years before Commander Shepard sets foot on Eden Prime. A huge Volus Dreadnaught class freighter named 'The Pitolius' is heading towards the Volus homeworld of Irune. The ship is carrying relief supplies after a huge earthquake hit and devastated the capital of Irune, Lenos. On it's way from Omega back to Irune and in the outer edges of the Terminus systems, something terrible happened to the ship. The ship's owner, Tistonal Deonal sent a panicked and garbled distress single to his assistant, Vupe, back on Omega. The message said something about being under attack, before a blood curdling scream abruptly ended the message. This is where your band of mercs come in! Meet Vupe deep in the Omega wards, plan and execute a daring heist to get a slick stealth ship from under the noses of Eclipse Mercs on their own turf! Then head to the Pitolius to learn the fate of its crew, and unravel a mystery that delves very much into space-horror! Here's what to expect: • A twisting and turning short campaign, immersion is something I pride myself on. I want my players to feel like they are living in the Mass Effect Universe. Role play is the core pillar of my games, with some fun and varied combats and the odd puzzle sprinkled in. • Characters will be at level 3 for this adventure. Have a few ideas for back up characters in mind. This will be a fun but sometimes intense short campaign! • Step into the heart of chaos and lawlessness, where every decision can make or break your fate, as you navigate the gritty underbelly of Omega. Then embark towards the colossal Volus space freighter, and uncover the harrowing truth behind a mysterious and devastating attack, delving deep into its haunting depths to unveil unspeakable horrors and unearth the dark secrets that lie in wait. • I am an amateur voice actor. I will strive to provide engaging NPCs with their own unique personalities, voices and motivations. • Through Foundry VTT, you will experience immersive playlists, sound effects, art and effects. These, a long with compelling narration, will transport you fully into the fire and brimstone! We will also https://www.n7.world/ to build characters. It's like DNDBeyond for Mass Effect 5e. Join me and your fellow players on an epic adventure of heists and galactic mysteries! Reserve your spot today!

    Gameplay details

    • We will use Foundry VTT to play the actual game, https://www.n7.world/ for character creation and Discord for voice chat (video is optional). • We will have a small 'session 0' one-on-one type interview by message or on a discord call before the game starts to talk about the game, your expectations and to see if it's the right campaign for you. • I like lots of role play in my TTRPGS, both as a GM and a player. There will also of course be plenty chances for combat, exploration and a few puzzles. • The battles will be crunchy and challenging. Character death is a real possibility in this campaign. Have ideas for back up characters in mind. • If there any lines or triggers that you have, then please let me know so that I can adjust things accordingly. • I like to do voices and really get into character. For players, it's up to you how much you want to get into it. There's no pressure at all to be on the Critical Roll level! But if you want to, by all means bring it on! • Helpful discussions at the table are encouraged. However, overt-metagaming and telling other people how to play their characters and the DM how to run the game will not be tolerated. I also like players to be prepared and on time. • There will be a ten minute break half-way through sessions for bathroom and snack breaks.
