About the adventure
You’re a group of students from a famous Bard College! The Conservatory carries on an ancient tradition of training promising talent in both arts and arcane education. Only a select few rise up to Master of the Arts, creating legends, breathing life into myths and even guiding the flow of history itself. Your goal is to make it through the College’s program and immortalise yourselves in fame. But you’re not the only ones with that goal. Bards are highly competitive, and the other groups in the Conservatory are no exception to this rule. Will it be your group who earns the rank of Master, or will your prize get snatched out from under your nose? ------------------------------------------------------------------------- You’ll go on a series of adventures as your college years progress, ranging from small-scale missions to huge historical events. Creating your character
Character Creation: Characters will be created ahead of time, either in a session 0 or before the first session starts. Level: We start at 1 Classes: Bard. Multiclassing is allowed (officially published classes only), but at least half of your levels must be in Bard. Races: All officially published classes are allowed.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Players need a stable internet connection, a webcam, a working microphone, a discord account and their character sheet. Sessions will be played over FantasyGrounds, so the software for that needs to be installed (free demo). An image of your character is optional but appreciated. Dice can be rolled through FantasyGrounds, but I recommend bringing your own dice to the sessions, as rolling yourself is incredibly satisfying. =)
What Doomdecahedron brings to the table
I will bring a Fantasygrounds campaign (paid version that allows free demos to join), online battle maps and tokens. If you've provided me with a character image, you will have your own personalised token to move. I play background music during my games on a site called Watch2gether. The link to that will be provided at the start of every session.
