About the adventure
๐ฐ Beginner & Learn-to-Play Friendly! ๐งฎ The Computer Calculates THAC0 & other Rolls FOR YOU!!! One of the major city states at the edge of the Borderlands, Mollin's Crossing maintains its staunch independence through imports, exports, and their powerful fleet of naval ships. And that independence is of clear import to many, who wear their freedoms as blatant statements of defiance to the outside world. However, a shadowy movement plots to foment strife between four of it's mercantile factions in hopes of disrupting this simmering strewpot. Arriving unbeknownst to this plot, you will be drawn into a web of intrigue, murder, mysteries, and daring chase scenes. Sharpen your swords and axes. Purchase your iron rations and tinderboxes. And donโt forget at least one 10-foot pole. In this Campaign, you'll: โจ Explore the system of AD&D 2e! ๐ฐ Delve into a thrilling urban adventure! โ๏ธ Battle within collapsing towers, sewer systems, and fancy soirรฉes ๐ก๏ธ Intrigue and Secrets! ๐โโ๏ธ๐คต๐ง๐ฝ Faction-based NPCs whose scenario paths are determined by your choices and actions! ๐ Access additional races (Tiefling, Dragonborn, and Warforged) to the AD&D Table!
Hello everyone! We are actively in campaign and running weekly! New characters will begin with 20,000 exp to allocate as they please! After a narrow escape from a burning isle of sugar cane, the party has gotten their first taste of the criminal underbelly of the Crossing. How will character creation work
Please prepare to have a character coming in at 20,000 Experience to start with! (including Prime Requisite increases to this amount), in addition to You are more than welcome to come with a character plan and idea in mind, and I will have the Rulebooks available for anyone who wishes to read ahead! Goals for Session 0: * Character Creation review - We'll go through the Character Creation Steps for anyone who needs it together; I know some folks will go full excitement and prepped ahead of time, but this is just a good chance to make sure everyone has their choices solidified (and it's a chance to change anything up before we begin gameplay). * Safety Talk - I'll explain the uses and functions of our Safety Cards, Additionally, we can discuss Lines & Veils, Hard Limits, and anything else we want to bring up to keep everyone safe at the table! * Establish the Party - Confirm party roles, starting equipment, etc. - Confirm and discuss connections between characters (This is a fun exercise I that I picked up in Monster of the Week, and it's a good chance to get some preemptive character relations started) * Roll some dice! We'll get the dice rolling and characters in use with any remaining time!!!
