About the adventure
Set in the universe of Chainsaw Man. You will be a group of devil hunters sent to investigate a Devil sighting in Liverstone, Maine. Search the town, find the clues and uncover the evil lying below a little town. The theme is action/horror, with shocking encounters behind the veil of a simple town. Featuring lots of original artwork for the campaign.
Devil activity has been reported in the town of Kurdle, Maine. Your group of investigators has been sent to find and eliminate the monster. The game will be Monster of the Week. Featuring original pixel art made by the GM. Spoilers for Chainsaw Man will be limited to season 1. Learn to play Monster of the Week as well.

Fun one shot with a new system I have never used. Even the more chaotic moments were fun with the group I was teamed up with. GM adjusted well on the fly.

I enjoyed this system. I wasn't familiar with it but the GM answered all my questions and it was patient enough to repeat when we didn't heard some of the things he was saying.

Wonderfully handmade pixel art styled graphics that were really well designed. Although whimsical, the plotline made sense and included high-tension, but not overpowered combat, and many fun plot twists.

Really cool one shot! Had a lot of fun. We had only two players but Max scaled our one-shot really well and it felt balanced - challenging so it was fun but not impossible. There was a nice variety of skill checks so both of us got to shine and play to our strengths. I really enjoyed Max's pixel art, super fun and charming. Overall, a great way to spend an evening: chill yet exiting. Would love to try other games run by Max in the future.

How to prepare
Only a Mic. I'm happy to explain the rules and what players can do. I will need a picture to represent your character. If players cannot find one, I will suggest using 2 minute tabletop's token generator.
What I provide
Roll20 has it's own dice.
Gameplay details
Players will be invited to my discord. We will only be using the mic. We will make character sheets at the start, beginning with a demonstration. I will want an image to represent your character. If someone can't find an image, I will direct them to 2 minute tabletop's token generator. Players can be humans contracted to devils or fiends. The game consists of detective work and action. We will interview NPCs and investigate crime scenes. Action will be like puzzles, asking players to use their tools solve the situation. Chainsaw Man spoilers will be limited to episode 3 unless the group agrees to other.
